​

Pre-mixed cementitious skim coat with no sand providing smooth texture for easy application from 0.5 - 2 mm. Giving good bonding and can be polished with sandpaper for final surface or painted over. Suitable for both internal and external application.

LIMITATIONS​

  • Do not apply directly on anti-alkalinity primer and existing paint.

  • To avoid premature setting, dampen substrate before skim coating on areas with strong wind and sunlight.

  • Apply anti-alkalinity primer on skim coated surface before painting.

LIMITATIONS​

  • Not suitable to use on exterior walls when
       - size of tiles bigger than 900 square centimeter when tiling

          tiling higher than 8 m.

  • Not suitable to use on glazing substrates, woods and painted surfaces

  • Not suitable to use on light-weight concrete without cement render

  • Not suitable to use on gypsum plaster board

  • Not suitable to use with metal and plastic substrates

PRODUCT FEATURES​

  • Suitable for grouting and concrete repair

  • Repair the holes in concrete or uses for assembly part of precast concrete structures

  • Uses for the installation of steel bars and anchor bolts

LIMITATIONS​

  • Formwork should not allow grout loss and should be stable.

  • Maintain continuous head when base-plate grouting. Mortar flow should not be interrupted.

  • During application ensure air entrained into the grout is able to escape.

  • To prevent rapid surface drying and crazing. Use a suitable concrete curing or other approved method
